Built for these moments

What goes wrong on the road.

Real situations. Real answers — written by a pharmacist, included in the kit.

01

Bad water in Cusco

Loperamide for the trip back to the hotel. Azithromycin if it doesn't resolve in 24 hours. Rehydration salts so you don't lose the next day too.

02

Altitude headache

Acetazolamide started before the climb prevents most cases. Ibuprofen and rest handle the rest.

03

Ear infection abroad

You shouldn't be searching for a clinic in a language you don't speak. Start the antibiotic, fly home, follow up here.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a prescription?
Yes — the prescription medications in this kit require a valid prescription. After you order, you'll complete a short medical-history form online, and a Florida-licensed physician reviews it and authorizes your kit — usually within 24 hours. A telehealth consult is included, so there's no separate doctor's visit to arrange.
How fast will I get my kit?
Most profiles are reviewed within 24 hours. Once authorized, our pharmacists assemble and label your kit and it ships in 1 business day — or qualifies for free local delivery in Miami-Dade.
Can I fly with it? Is it really TSA-friendly?
Yes. The case is 3-1-1 compliant and sized to fit flat in a carry-on — no checked bag required. Your prescription label and physician note travel with the kit, which is what you'll want if you're ever asked about the medications at security or customs.
What if I'm allergic to something in the kit?
Note any medication allergies on your intake form. Based on your history, our pharmacist will substitute or omit specific medications so your kit is safe for you — the physician confirms this before anything is dispensed.
Can I add an EpiPen?
Yes — toggle the Generic EpiPen® add-on in the order box (+$120). It requires a brief allergy history at checkout so the physician can authorize it. It's worth considering for allergy-prone travelers or trips to regions with limited medical access.
How long do the medications last, and can I refill them?
Most medications carry roughly a 1–2 year shelf life; expiration dates are printed on each prescription. Because we're your local pharmacy, you can refill or replenish individual items with us as they're used or expire — just call or stop by.
Is this a substitute for emergency medical care?
No. This kit is for managing common illnesses and injuries when care isn't easily reachable. It is not a substitute for emergency treatment — in a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or local emergency services.
