Always. We compare your insurance copay, generic equivalents, manufacturer coupons, and cash prices to find the lowest. It takes us a few minutes — and often saves you real money.
Can you help if my prescription needs follow-up with my doctor?
Absolutely. We work directly with your doctor so you don’t have to chase answers. If a prior authorization or refill request is needed, we’ll start that process for you.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Bring your card on your first visit — or call and we’ll check in advance.
How do I transfer a prescription from another pharmacy?
It takes one phone call — from us to them. Tell us the medication and the pharmacy, and we’ll handle the rest. Usually done the same day.

Do I have to wait long, or can it be delivered?
We keep wait times short — most refills are ready in under 30 minutes. And when it’s easier, we’ll bring it to you: free delivery within ZIP 33173, low fee beyond.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, closed Sunday.
Do you deliver refrigerated medications?
Yes — we use insulated, temperature-controlled packaging for insulin, biologics, and other cold-chain medications.
Vaccines & services
Do I need an appointment for a vaccine?
Walk-ins welcome for most vaccines. For travel consults or groups of three or more, please schedule ahead.
Can I get a medication review even if my prescriptions aren’t from you?
Yes. Bring your medication list (or the bottles) and we’ll sit down with you — no charge for regular customers.
