Yes. D&D Pharmacy fills post-operative prescriptions before your surgery date and delivers them the same day to recovery houses, recovery hotels and private homes across Miami-Dade at no charge. Packaging is unbranded, delivery is scheduled around your discharge time, and a pharmacist follows up on day 3 and day 7.
A recovery house can’t legally dispense or manage your medications for you, however it’s licensed — and most patients arrive from surgery unable to drive, walk far or wait. That gap — between the surgeon writing the prescription and the medication actually being in the room — is the part that goes wrong. Closing it is the whole point of this service.
